Section 203
Not to be secretly imprisoned
(1) When the authorized officer detains a person, he shall not be detained secretly so that he does not know about his detention or the place where he is detained.
(2) A person who commits or causes an offense under subsection (1) shall be imprisoned for up to four years and fined up to forty thousand rupees.
